When purchasing a new or refurbished slewing bearing, we would be happy to assess your current one. If it is suitable for refurbishment, we offer you the option to trade it in. This means you can have almost immediate access to a replacement slewing bearing. This way, we ensure that our inventory of refurbished slewing bearings is always up-to-date. After ordering a new slewing bearing, it can be delivered to you depending on availability or you can choose to pick it up from us.

A successful refurbishment naturally requires a slewing bearing that is in good condition and suited for the intended use. To ensure this, we conduct a feasibility study in advance and thoroughly inspect the slewing bearing on various aspects.
During the refurbishment process, the hardened bearing raceways will be machined. This allows for new rolling elements, seals, and a reduced clearance to ensure that the slewing bearing can continue to function for an extended period. If your slewing bearing has been refurbished by us, it can still be used effectively for a long time. Once the process is complete, an inspection and refurbishment report will be prepared, and the slewing bearing will be prepared for transportation.

ORDERING TO PROCESSING
AND DELIVERY
As soon as you let us know your slewing ring is coming in for reconditioning we will enter a workshop order in our system. From that moment on the work shop manager will schedule the works on your slewing ring. And directly after your slewing ring arrives at our yard we will start on inspection as written in "reconditioning slewing rings". After inspection we will continue with the reconditioning or we will inform you about the state of your worn slewing ring. When the process is completed the inspection and reconditioning report will be completed and we will prepare your slewing ring for transport. Your slewing ring can now be mounted on the application and will work according specifications again.
